Me hospedé por 10 noches. La atención de las recepcionistas es excelente, son educadas, cordiales, amables y serviciales. El servicio de lavandería es muy bueno y rápido. La facturación en general es rápida y correcta. En cuanto a calidad-precio, está totalmente equilibrado.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, cuentan con pantalla grande, una cafetera Dolce gusto con dos cápsulas, en nuestro caso la habitación era con cama doble, el wifi nunca lo pudimos usar, llegamos de noche y ya no reportamos que no servía la contraseña, cuenta con una caja de seguridad; todo lo demás bien, está a un lado de una plaza con Chedraui.
Habitación cómoda y limpia solo q no cuenta con un teléfono para poder llamar a la recepción por si tienes algún detalle. Está muy bien ubicado si vas a la zona industrial. Para reservar debes enviar correo porq por llamada no contestan.
Buen hotel, excelente ubicación para los que trabajamos en la zona industrial, solo el desayuno podría tener un poco más de variedad. Excelente servicio por parte del personal.
Un bonito lugar para descansar, muy limpias las habitaciones, el baño esta excelente y toda la habitación en general tiene un buen tamaño son amplias. El personal de recepción es sumamente amable y servicial.
Me gustó , fue más de lo que esperaba. Sabanas limpias, cambio de sabanas diarias, toallas, todo limpio. Habitación amplia y cómoda, limpia. Agua caliente y minisplit funcionó bien. El personal de recepción y limpieza, me dieron una buena atención, no fueron groseros. La ubicación es adecuada si vienen del lado de cd industrial, paso de ovejas, xalapa, es el primero para descansar. Por mi buen hospedaje, es que tengo que decir, que los recomiendo.
Nuestra estancia aqui fue muy placentera. Los cuartos son muy amplios, bonitos y muy limpios, estacionamiento accesible. Solo la calle que lleva al hotel tiene baches enormeees, pero si te metes por Chedraui no hay problema. La ubicación esta muy conveniente sobretodo si planeas usar el aeropuerto. Venden todo tipo de comida cerca del Chedraui. Y el desayuno esta incluido en el precio
Las habitaciones y el bufete muy bien. En las habitaciones hay muebles modernos, están limpiad y en la regadera todo está amplio y ordenado. El único punto en contra esque la recepcionista no es muy amigable. No te brinda indicaciones claras y nisiquiera una sonrisa de bienvenida. La zona en la que de ubica el hotel, es un poco en la periferia de la ciudad, por lo cual es más concurrido por personas que van a trabajar y ejecutivos.
